I treasure my own families photos from growing up and so I love family and lifestyle sessions a little extra! Every season of life as a family is so meaningful and special! Newly married couples, fresh little newborns, those Norman Rockwell grins of little kids who’s smiles won’t always be so toothless!, a new puppy (or an old one who you want loving pictures with to remember), each year and season and era of your life is something worth capturing!
One of my favorite activities as a kid was to pull out the “popcorn box” (about a shoebox size container we had bought bulk microwave popcorn in) that was packed full with photos of my whole lifetime. I’ve spent hours pouring over that box and our family albums, my grandparents polaroids of my moms charming little childhood, slides from my dad’s parents from their missionary days in Japan, and so many more! They come with and tell stories of lives that are dear to me and create memories themselves!
